Command Structure, Ranks and Hierarchy
COMMAND STAFF
We try to craft the most authentic and immersive command structure to guide the forces of this unit. There are four individuals who maintain the Office of Command with an additional four that make up the Enlisted Command. These individuals make up the Command Staff for decision making within the Rangers. All decisions will be polled between the individuals of the Command Staff and majority vote dictates the fate of the decision in question.
In a time of conflict, the Command Staff will brief the entirety of all Rangers on all matters, exempt of confidential material. The officers share a private network in which we discuss private and sensitive matters too high on the pay-grade for a lowly Private or Corporal.
The Command Staff exercises command and control (management and planning for manpower, intelligence, operations and training, and logistics functions) over the entirety of the Rangers. Command Staff includes specialized detachments for training, reconnaissance, surveillance, specialized communications, special operations, intelligence and counterintelligence, law enforcement, and public affairs missions.
